Tees Valley Pathways
What we do:
Through the Tees Valley Pathways programme, we offer personalised education, employment and enterprise opportunities alongside innovative activities and personalised support to help you move into education, employment and training.
Training - funding is available so you can take training that could help you find a job (examples of courses include: fork lift truck driving; door supervision; first aid, health and safety; health and safety course for CSCS test/card)
One-to-one support - you will receive personalised information, advice and guidance to help you achieve your goals.
Our employment coaches will help you to:
identify your needs and produce an individual action plan
prepare a good quality CV
complete job applications
prepare you for interview
improve IT skills and teach you how to use on-line application systems
access vocational/work focussed training
participate in small group skills courses
get support with travel costs, childcare and equipment.
Help with travel and costs
We will help you with costs to attend activities on the project or job interviews/training etc.

The Tees Valley Pathways programme was set up to support 8,698 young people aged 15 to 29 across the Tees Valley who are unemployed or inactive with the aim of progressing them into education, employment, training or self-employment.
The programme is delivered by a consortium of organisations from the public, private and voluntary sector. The overall contract value is £25.38m with £9.52m from European Social Fund, £9.52m from Youth Employment Initiative and £6.34m of match funding. It is part-funded by the European Social Fund and supported under the Youth Employment Initiative.
