If so, Step Forward Tees Valley could be for you!
As part of Step Forward Tees Valley, Morrison Trust is helping people like you build the skills they need to find work. Step Forward Tees Valley is committed to helping you overcome the barriers that have prevented you from finding work or getting training before.
Once you are accepted onto the Step Forward Tees Valley programme you will be assigned to a navigator who will give you the one-to-one support you need. Your navigator will be with you every step of the way, reviewing what help you need and ensuring you get the right support from a range of specialist services, helping you build on your strengths.
These services include:
health and well being
digital inclusion - helping you improve your digital skills and knowledge
financial inclusion - if money concerns are holding you back
volunteering - if you want to volunteer we can put you in touch with activities that will directly benefit your community.
When you feel ready we will work with you, as part of Step Forward Tees Valley, to give you the skills you need to find a job or training.
Help with travel and childcare costs
We will support you with travel and childcare costs so you can attend project appointment, activities or job interviews etc
Is it for me?
To take part you must be:
living in the Tees Valley
over 29 years old
not in full time education or employment and
have barriers to starting work (please contact us to discuss your situation)
