We regularly review the Government's guidelines in relation to Covid-19 and in line with recent changes in guidance, we require all employees/customers/clients/visitors, who are able to do so, to wear a face covering in the communal areas of the building and in any situations where it may not be possible to practice social distancing. A face covering must be worn in corridors, reception, toilets and kitchen areas. If you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We are very pleased to have re-opened for business and, as a Covid secure premises, we are accepting bookings.
To ensure the safety of our employees, customers, clients and visitors, we have the following in place:
To help the NHS Track and Trace system, we are collecting data for people who attend our building
We have completed a thorough building risk assessment in relation to Covid-19 and we are following the measures set out in this (a copy is available on request)
We have put signs and floor markings in place throughout the building to encourage social distancing and adherence to Government guidance.
We have put ‘cleaning stations’ (hand sanitizer gel/cleaning wipes) around the building (including at all doors and in each room).
All frequently touched objects and surfaces such as door handles, handrails, lift buttons, toilets etc are cleaned and disinfected frequently throughout the day.
All training/meeting rooms are set up to allow for social distancing.
PPE equipment (gloves/masks) is available if required. This must be pre-ordered at the time of room bookings at an additional charge - we may be able to provide PPE on the day if we have availability (there will be a charge to cover costs).
If you have any queries or need any support to meet the guidelines, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for helping us to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the building – we appreciate your support.
