Morrison Trust into Work is a project that supports unemployed people living in targeted areas of Darlington, to find a job. The targeted areas, or wards, have a higher level of unemployment than other wards in Darlington and have many other indicators of disadvantage.

The project can support people living in the following wards: Bank Top, Eastbourne, Haughton East, Lascelles, Lingfield, North Road, Northgate and Park East.

Support offered through the project is flexible but could include:

• CV preparation.
  
  
• Interview preparation and skills.

• Job search, including access to the internet, locally sourced job vacancies from newspapers and through contact with employers.

• Funding for training courses. 
  
  
• A £50 Into Work Bonus for individuals on securing employment. 

• The project will pay for childcare and travel costs if a client attends an interview or training course.
