Morrison Trust

Morrison Trust is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee.
It was established in Darlington in 1995.

Morrison Trust delivers Projects which support people who are disadvantaged in accessing the labour market to gain paid employment.

All our projects work in a person-centred and flexible manner.

Morrison Trust also operates a Conference Centre and has a range of conference, training and meeting rooms available for hire. Any profits from the conference centre facilities contribute towards the costs of delivering the Morrison Trust projects, so by utilising this resource, organisations are supporting the work delivered by the Trust in the Darlington area.

Values And Ethos

Morrison Trust recognises that there is a need to support clients who experience barriers to employment. The ethos of person-centred, tailored support to overcome barriers runs throughout our provision.

We aim to make all our services accessible and through developing strong community links, we deliver projects in community locations as well as at our main office at Morton Park. Our core values are to offer provision that is:

  • Accessible
  • Empowering
  • Tailored to the individual

We welcome feedback and suggestions on how we can continue to develop and grow as an organisation and how we can better meet the needs of the clients we support. If you would like to contribute to feedback, please contact us.
